This had been, what… my 5th book by Wesley Robert Lowe and as far as I know, ever book of his keeps getting better and better. I’ve read Tiger, Snakes & Crane (from the Shaolin Darkness series) and Ghosts of Chinatown (which I still haven’t reviewed yet). Now I’m onto another thriller story – more on the paranormal / supernatural side and as usual, I am blown away.
This is another chillingly haunting story only Wesley Robert Lowe can deliver. Deadly Love features Jasmine Huang and her life after murder, after death, after pregnancy and after her child’s disappearance – yes, all in that order! Unbelievable, yes, but in the netherworld, it is possible! The different paths that Jasmine had undertook to find her daughter Mei-Mei were no easy feat, I felt my chest heaving andcrushing through the every struggles she had to take. Mr. Lowe clearly has the talent to dig deep into the mind of a psychopathic. A supernatural genius!
