Book Reviews: Choose To Be Happy / Minimalism

Choose To Be Happy and Learn How To Be Happy Now :
Overcome Negative Thinking, Bad Thoughts, and Stop Self Defeating Behaviors:
Use Simple Happiness Mindset Steps and Positive Thinking and BE HAPPY!

This is a book worth reading as it gives a considerable measure of samples on how to make one's life upbeat and full of happiness. The book, Choose To Be Happy and Learn How To Be Happy Now indicates how the diverse components and different perspectives of other people touch our innermost feelings creating a major difference in our lives.

How to achieve genuine bliss or true happiness can be read all throughout this book. I liked how it covers a lot of ideas about developing one's strength, overcoming negativities, strengthening our own skills & aptitudes, and empathize or putting our feet on other's shoes in order to know, feel and think the way that individuals see themselves. That was actually my favorite part of the book, creating an image not only for yourself but for others to see. Learning to give and appreciating what you have is also something we must be conscious of to feel happy and blessed inside. It appears that most of life's questions can be answered in this beautifully written book by Sam Siv. This is a very inspiring read, indeed!

Minimalism:

minimalist lifestyle, minimalist living, declutter, downsize, simplify your life

This is another inspiring read. Everyday, we think we must possess everything that our hearts desired and wanted, even those we don't really need. We thought that is the key to happiness. Upon reading Minimalist, I realized I was among those who had the wrong perception about being happy with everything I can hold on to. Sam Siv's book proved otherwise. This book demonstrated that a simple life and living in a minimalist way can be fulfilling and endearing, too. I liked how this book tells you how minimalism is achieved, how life should be prioritized, what to do to organize not only your things but your life in the most simplistic way imaginable. I was inspired how being minimal can pave the way to a happier, fruitful and uncomplicated life; how spending less leads to saving more for the future, being productive and satisfied. I believe, the best part of this book by Sam Siv is how he itemized the simple steps on how to declutter and how to embrace the Less is More lifestyle. Minimalist deserves an easy 5 star rating from me. Highly recommended read!
