absence & allergy

i thought i was doing okay these past few days, but then, y throat still hurts, i continuously cough (or bark like a dog) and sneeze all day long yesterday at work.. i decided to file sick leave so i can take my much needed rest..

and here i am, sitting in front of th e computer, still coughing.. but what made the matters worse - i got allergies! my whole face and neck are swollen red and itchy!

i was thinking of the meal i had last night and this morning which may have triggered this but i realized, i dont have allergies with macaroni soup (sopas this morning) & vegiies (last night, we had pinakbet).. i think it had to do with Solmux.. actually, the one i've been taking for my coughs and colds for the past week is Loviscol.. but it wasn't quite effective, so i switched to Solmux last night..

but things got worse by then.. the itchiness never stopped.. now i looked like a red swollen apple.. i took Allerta an hour ago and it kinda stopped the itching.. i guess tomorrow i'll have to visit the doctor again.
