under the rain...
summertime has passed.. i have been grateful for the rays of light the sun has extended in our surroundings, fields, parks & gardens..and now comes the rain.. while most people would love to bask in the sun and frolick on the beach, i am one of those who prefer listening to the heavy downpour & light raindrops.. yes, i'd rather stay beside my window and breathe in the mist and breeze of the air while the coulds cry...
i can feel the serenity of evrything around me when it rains.. i can feel the warmth of the past and the promise of tomorrow.. i can see the rainbow hiding behind the clouds..
today, the rain poured down and i couldn't help but fall in love.. so i went out of the house and stayed under the dark clouds for about half an hour.. i didn't think of what might happen to me afterwards.. i didn't think about a possible night-fever or colds when i was happily relishing the raindrops on my skin..
under the rain, i felt alive and happy and carefree... ahhh!! this is life!
I like the rain too...but now I somewhat hate it.
ReplyDeleteLagi na lang akong ginagabi ng uwi dahil sa pag-ulan na yan. Isipin mo ba naman na laging baha ang kalsada ng Metro Manila kahit umambon lang ng konti. Sa Espanya pa naman ako dumadaan. :-(

ako rin po i like rain kaso kapag nasa bahay lang hihii. Ü
hassle kasi pag nasa labas ng bahay tapos biglang umulan. T_T
i sleep soundly kapag may ulan hehe. bukod sa malamig na tahimik ang buong paligid tangin patak lang ang naririnig. Ü
