heart-breaking hostage drama

i've just watched the longest, most dramatic & perhaps the sickest hostage drama ever on TV.. and i'm not referring to any tv series - this is real life!!

the just recently ended Hostage Drama that took place in Quirino Grandstand (Manila) around 9 in the morning ended after almost 12 hours, with the hostage-taker dead & some tourists (mostly Chinese nationals) survived..

i am extremely perplexed and disappointed with our SWAT Team! the negotiations were too long, the response was too damn slow, the tear gas was too late, the opening emergency exit was delayed and everything was just too aghastly frustrating..

amidst all this, i am still thankful because there were survivors from the recent unfortunate incident event brings tears to my eyes & heavy heart.. but the ending of the hostage drama is really so sick! i cannot bear to watch this all over again..
