pissed..but thoughtful...
this morning, i can't help but feel somewhat irritated because someone said i'm gaining weight, that's why she wasn't able to recognize me.. she said i got fat.. hmp...
maybe it's really time for me to start exercising and control my food intake again.. oh my, i was really flabbergasted when i fled from the locker room because the girl was laughing after she said those words..
huhuhuh...
okay.. there's no need to cry over spilled milk.. maybe i should really do something NOW
- no more salads, cakes & sodas for the meantime...
- start the day right by walking or jogging or biking
- half rice will suffice
- more water intake
- do the 6 o'clock diet

oh yes.. one of these days, i'm gonna have that body too.. hehehe..


Same problem here claire. My "ab" is getting big. I missed the old days, when my metabolism is very active, of eating so many without seeing my belly grow big.
