slimming update


it's been almost two months after i have decided to finally trim down and i must say that it has been quite an accomplishment...

if i remember it right, i started out 55 kilos when i stepped on our weighing scale. after weeks and weeks of jogging, cycling, crunching and less-rice intake, i was able to lose 2 kilos of fat.. yay!

last Saturday, when i took my kids to their pedia for their check-up, i asked the doctor's assistant, Ate Sher, to check on my weight. i was smiling from ear-to-ear when i learned that i have finally shed some weight.. ahhhh.. i know, two kilos is still a small figure, but hey! at least i can prove to myself that i am disciplined and i do not easily give up.. yehey!!

hopefully before the year ends, i'll be able to shed at least 3 kilos more... wish me luck!!!

  1. it's a good discipline to be able to get a good exercise actually. it's not just keeping yourself fit, but it's about keeping your self healthy.
