the morning after...

well, let me just tell you, guys & gals, that today, i am in pain!
as in masakit ang bones ko, mga kasu-kasuan, likod & everything else! all because of jogging & abs-crunching that i did yesterday...kahapon kasi, pag-uwi ko from work, i saw my brother at the nearby gym and he said that there was no occupant in the ladies area, so i went there to warm up, run the mill & use the abs-cruncher..
oh my gosh! hapong-hapo ako after 30 minutes.. then i got home and spent some time with hubby & the kids.. come 8:30, my hubby bade goodbye to go to work and then i was left with my kiddies & mom and i slept right away...
although i admit i had a very good night sleep last night, the morning after, i felt terrible! i can't move my legs, i can't even get up from my bed..i can barely move my back - so i asked my mom to take my hand so i can get up..
ugh! nabigla yata ang mga muscles and bones ko kaya naman ang sakit-sakit ng buong katawan ko.. but still, i tried to warm up, i did some stretching and walked around the subdivision.. yes, i managed to walk even for a few rounds and soon i felt my muscles and thighs relaxed...i felt good!
now, here i am in front of my computer in the office, and i can feel the pain again.. because of this, i used the elevator instead of walking up and down the stairs with my colleagues.. Jay, my officemate, told me that i must use the stairs instead of the lift but i was really having a hard time! sheesh! pity me.. hehehe..
later, the Manual Processing Team will be playing badminton in Angeles Gym and i was supposed to go.. but i might not be able to join them, even if playing badminton is part of my new regimen.. i told my peers that i would surely come down with them on Friday... but later, i think i'll relax a little bit...

i knew it heheh... mabibigla talaga katawan mo pero eventually masasanay ka na rin after a religuous one week exercise... gudluck, wag ka suko agad ha ... hehe
