a few good men..

this morning, i received this incomplete text message from my husband:

"hon, pagbaba ko knina ng tryke, alam ko dala ko yung cellphone, ID & payong ko.. pero di ko mahanap yung wallet ko na may lamang sweldo. hinanap ko laht ng sulok ng bahay, pati mga bulsa ng pants ko, pro wala..pinanghihinaan nko ng loob */missing text*

i was shocked by his text message.. incomplete pa naman.. di tuloy ako mapakali sa opisina...it was an hour later when the complete & updated message came. it said:

*/buti na lang hon at bumalik yung driver ng tryke. ihinatid ang wallet ko sa haws natin! Lesson learned: wag magpanic agad!"

ahhh. thank God talaga! i thought something bad happened to my hubby.. but God is with us & He guided the driver kaya binalik nito ang wallet ng asawa ko.. i was then able to sigh with relief after recieving the complete text...

anyway, same thing also happened to my sister.. she was already at the office when she noticed that her wallet containing her cellphone was missing.. i helped her looked at all her boxes, at the station, and inside the locker, but still, we were not able to find it..we then asked the guard to radio the van drivers and to check if they saw a printed wallet.. finally, my sister stopped crying when she heard the voice of our company driver, telling her that he was holding her wallet and was about to hand it over our Lost & Found desk when our security guard called..

oh what a relief! indeed, these drivers have hearts of gold...nagpapasalamat ako dahil meron pa ring mga mababait na tao sa paligid natin...it's good to know that there are still a few good men on earth and i am blessed that we are able to have crossed path with them.
