kilig to the bones...

oh my.. kahit almost 5 days na ang nakalipas, kilig pa rin ako when i think about the movie, A Very Special Love.. it's indeed a feel-good movie but in a special way.
my friend, Marina and I watched this film along with three of our Spice Girl friends, Rhaiza, Joy & Jennette. too bad, Novie wasn't able to join because of a prior commitment. anyway, we really had fun, even before we chomped on our cheeseburgers & sipped ice-cold soda. yum-yum!
over-all the movie was really entertaining and makes you want to demand for a sequel. Lloyd is so dashing and even if he doesn't deliver his line, his eyes would say everything.. nakaka-inlove! and Sarah is so perfect for the role.. i wouldn't want any other actress portraying the lovable Laida. in my opinion, Laida's character is definitely for Sarah and for no one else.
let me just recap some scenes of A Very Sepcial Love...
the story started with the fresh morning face of Sarah G aka Laida who dreamt of working in a company managed by John Lloyd aka Miggy. umpisa pa lang, kwela na si Laida and her family. you can feel the warmth of family bonding lalo na with the closeness of Laida and her mom. ang sweet-sweet ng mom nya!
sa kabilang ibayo naman, si boss Miggy ay super suplado, walang malasakit, walang konsensya and super mainitin ang ulo! he's so upset because his publishing company, specifically his men's magazine, Bachelor is not doing well in the business. they're always Number 2! pangalawa lang sa Stag... Number 2 - a fact or a number that he vehemently abhors! of course, everybody wants to be the No. 1, right? {but there's a deeper explanation for that on the latter part of the movie. }
anyway, dahil nga sa attitude ni Miggy, one by one, iniiwanan na sya ng ilang mga taong nakapaligid sa kanya - co-workers, family, girlfriend.. pero syempre, pag may nawawala, may dumarating... and that's where Laida enters his life..
and what happens next is up to moviegoers to find out....hehehe..
i really love the "Sun Dance Sir" scene.. actually, all the sun dance scenes! oops! spoiler, hehehe. and the Kailan videoke sequence is really kakakilig!! Laida's imaginations were pure joy! and the special post-it-notes on the coffee mug made our hearts go a-flutter! {hmm.. those special post-it-notes remind me of the cut-out quotes i distributed to Mhai & Rhaiza a week ago... hmmm.. nakakatuwa!}
grabeh, there are really lots of scenes na super nakakakilig.. i know nagiging sirang plaka na ako sa pag-uulit ng mga salitang kilig, super, ka-inlove etc...syempre, nakadagdag sa appeal ng manonood yung soundtrack ng movie.. Sarah's own rendition of the song A Very Special Love is now eveybody's themesong.. nakaka-addict!
after naming manood, we overheard one moviegoer say, "Sulit ang binayad ko sa sine!" yeah, it was really worth it.. i promise you, when you come out of the theather, magiging magaan ang feeling mo at mapapakanta ka pa!!

manonood ako mamaya.. kaya mamaya ko na itutuloy ang pagbabasa ng entry na to haha
