long weekend getaway part deux

okay so we were able to arrive in pangasinan safe and sound.. my hubby wasn't able to join us because he got work during the Holy Week :(

my mum was "overly" excited and pleased when she saw my li'l kids. she love her grandkids so much, she consider them as her own children. wahehehe. anyway, my cousin and i enjoyed the sumptous late lunch prepared by my brother - sinigang na sugpo, breaded crablets and fried espada (swordfish)... yumyum... i thought my mum would cook my favorite adobo, but then i remembered, it was Quaresma kaya bawal ang pork hehehe.

what really made my day was when i saw the many "kumpol ng mangga" from our 3 mango trees! ang dami! there was the Apple mango tree, Carabao mango tree and my favorite Indian Mango. i immediately asked my uncle to climb the Indian Mango tree to get a bunch.. ay grabeh,para akong naglilihi when i started eating them - complete with salt and bagoong! yumyumyum!!!

that night, it rained. but it was still hot.. summer is really unpredicatable nowadays. it rains!! oh well, i love rain, so i won't complain much. hehehe.
