a surprise gift..

yesterday morning, around 6:15 am, my husband sent me an Instant Message..

he asked me to wait outside the office after an hour, before he goes home..

i asked, why?

he responded, "basta... kita tayo mamaya ha.. get out of your cabin at 7:15.. i may not be able to IM you again later coz i have to go on a meeting.. okay?"

so i said yes... sure honey.. mwah..

an hour has passed.. i forgot to check my Reminder settings.. i totally forgot about my husband's request to go out and meet him outside.. i was so immersed with my work that i really forgot about the time.. it was already 7:25..

sheesh! i punched my desk out of frustration..

i went out of the office, hoping to still catch him at the parking area.. "baka naghihintay sa kotse si honey.. hahabulin ko lng.." sabi ko sa sarili ko..

but i met his team mate, tita Chit and told me, "hinahanap mo si Marc? he just left.. i think he was waiting for you.. kaso na-empty batt sya... "

so i said thank you, to ate chit..

back at my pod, i was furious at myself for forgetting about my husband.. i promised i will make it up to him when i get home..

pagsapit ng hapon, 5pm.. nasa bahay na ako.. i immediately looked for my husband.. nkahiga pa sya sa kama namin.. i told him, "sorry knina honey ha.. nakalimutan ko ang oras.. it's my fault.. sorry.. "

guess what.. he just smiled and took something out from his back.. he gave me this beautiful watch..



eepp... naglundag ako sa tuwa and i kissed him all over his face.. all i could say was, "thanks hon.. pasensya ka na talaga ha.. love you.. mwah mwah. mwah.."

hihih.. i know i sound mushy.. gusto ko lang i-share ang ginawa ng asawa ko.. hehe..

when i asked him why he gave me a watch, he said.."do we need to have an occasion para mabigyan kita nyan?.. love you"

aww sweet... again, thanks honey!! i love you too.. mwah!
