stiff...neck...
i realized, i haven't been updating my blog for a number of days now.. actually i've been busy with my other page (http://clairetuts.multiply.com) .. i've been storing my beloved pictures, family albums and other stuffs there.
right now, i have this terrible neck pain.. i dunno if this is also called stiff neck.. i can barely twist it at all.... when i move my head to the right and then to the left, i get dizzy at once, and my neck hurts.. A LOT!! my bones even give out a silent crack.. it's as if it's about to break.. sheesh!
must be due to stress or to the sleepless nights that i've been having.. or too much caffeine in my bloodstream??
