first, it was Rimpy.. last month, it was Bryan's turn.. a week ago, i heard Frank did it.. yesterday, Jessica... and today, it's Dove's ...

why are these people leaving? why are they resigning from work? why do i feel like i'm being left behind??

why???

for about six months, the attrition rate in our company has jumped up to more than 100%, if i may say that.. the average number of employees who left our office the whole year (last year) is already the same with the number of workers who have tended their resignations on the month of january of this year alone. and that's a lot already!

there has been rumors that our beloved company is going downhill.. and that in a year or two, we are doomed.. a mass layoff might take place.. i'm hoping against hope that this would not happen.

i've been here in the company for about 7 years now.. i've learned a lot during my stay here. i've met lots of people from different walks of life.. i've had my accomplishments, trials, high-times and my downfalls.. in these 7 years of experience, i've been thinking of resigning too... but something or some things are holding me back... some things that i cannot fathom yet... some things that need enlightenment and closure..

time will come when i'll say farewell too.. that's for sure.

i just hope, not so soon..
